I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. Both me and the commissioner share ownership. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork:-To display it anywhere to my liking or for promotional use.
-Promote myself within any place or site.
-Allowed to set as commission sheets or examples.

The commissioner is allowed to;
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
-They claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-They use art to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artist.

If you break copyright infringement in any way, every right you have to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered copyright infringement:-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist's consent.
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially with intent to sell without consent and shared price.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of the original price. [Ask to purchase said commercial right.]

Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking, and promote your brand. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

First time buyers from RayBean will pay half price once the sketch is complete; updates will be constant. After the work is finished, the other half will be paid, then the art sent.For second time or continuous buyers from RayBean, full price is charged at the beginning of commission and will be constantly updated on the work being done.
